How it is determined which terminal your cargo will arrive at:

Airlines sign long-term service agreements with one of the terminals - Maman or Swissport. All cargo from a specific airline will always arrive at the same terminal.

How to know which terminal your cargo arrived at:
- Check the airline list in the tabs above
- Contact the airline or shipping agent
- Search for the AWB code (air waybill number) in the tracking systems

It is important to know in advance which terminal to arrive at - they are located in different places at Ben Gurion Airport and have different public operating hours.
