A plan's price follows the wholesale cost of data in that country - what the local network charges the supplier who sells us the volume. In countries with a crowded mobile market (most of Europe, the USA, Thailand) that cost is low, which is why they all sit on the cheapest shelf. Where the local network charges more - the Gulf states, parts of Asia and Latin America - the cost, and the price, are higher.
A multi-country plan (Europe, Asia, the Balkans) costs more than a single-country one for the same reason: it runs on agreements in every country it covers. It pays off when the trip crosses borders, not when it all happens in one place.
What does not change the price: network speed - the generation varies by destination (on some of them the plan runs on 4G and not 5G) and is stated on each destination's own page, and it does not move the price. Neither does the number of devices or the time of purchase. There is no dynamic pricing here.
The price on the plan is what you pay. No currency conversion, no card foreign transaction fee and no activation fee.
The clock starts when the plan connects to a network at the destination, not on the day you buy. You can buy weeks ahead.
You can share the connection with a laptop or a family member at no extra cost - the data is simply shared.
Included, during the trip too. It is a data plan only - not a phone line, and it does not carry your Israeli number.
Every destination shows its exact plans and prices on its own page, including which local networks the plan runs on.

19₪. That is the 30-day entry plan on most destinations, and it is a price destinations are actually sold at - not a display price on one obscure country.
The price on the plan is what you pay. No activation fee, no delivery fee (it is all digital) and nothing that appears only at the payment step.
Because it runs on network agreements in every country it covers, and its wholesale cost is higher. If the whole trip is in one country, the single-country plan is always cheaper.
The table is built from the store's live price list on every page load, so the numbers here are the numbers at checkout. A price can change when the wholesale cost changes, and the page always shows the current one.
