1. Definitions

• "Website" - The TLV Flights website at www.tlvflights.com
• "Services" - All services offered on the website, including flight information, alerts, cargo tracking, transport information, informational content and guides, and the eSIM store
• "User" - Any person or entity using the website or services
• "We" / "TLV Flights" - The operators of the website

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the website.

3. Website Services

TLV Flights provides the following services:

• Real-time information on arrivals and departures at Ben Gurion Airport
• Air cargo shipment tracking (AWB)
• Information about airlines, cargo terminals, and ground handling services
• Informational content and guides on travel, the airport and passenger rights
• Flight alerts and updates (with registration)
• An online store for travel eSIM data packages

eSIM Store: Purchases of eSIM packages in the store on this site are additionally governed by the eSIM Store Terms, presented for your approval before payment. For those purchases (price, delivery, cancellation and refunds, liability and support) the store terms are the governing terms, and in case of any conflict with these general terms, the store terms prevail.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or overload our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or bypass security measures
• Collect information about other users without their consent
• Use bots or automated tools to scrape data
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of the website or third parties

5. Information Accuracy, Statistics and Rankings

Information displayed on the website is based on data from external sources such as the Israel Airports Authority and airlines. We make efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• It is recommended to verify critical information directly with the airline or airport
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information on the website

5.1 Statistics, Rankings and Comparisons

The statistics page (/flight-statistics/) and other sections of the website display aggregated calculations, rankings and comparisons between airlines, destinations and time periods. With respect to such content:

• Rankings and statistics are automated calculations based on raw flight data collected from external sources, primarily the Israel Airports Authority (IAA)
• The methodology includes deduplication of codeshare flights, attribution of performance to the operating carrier, and a minimum number of flights per airline in the selected period before inclusion in any ranking, in order to improve statistical reliability. That threshold scales with the size of the sample in the selected period and never falls below 30 flights (15 for a separate arrivals-only or departures-only ranking); the threshold in force is stated on the statistics page itself
• The numbers, scores and rankings are presented for general public information and for cross-period comparison purposes only, and do not constitute a professional opinion, consumer recommendation, or factual claim regarding any individual service or specific incident
• Flight data changes frequently (including via corrections received from the source after initial publication), and minor discrepancies may occur. Data is cached for performance for defined periods, so there may be some delay between a change at the source and its appearance on the website
• The display of an airline at a particular ranking position is not a statement about the airline's overall quality, the safety of its flights, or its non-operational services, but rather a narrow measurement of a specific parameter (such as on-time performance rate or cancellation rate) during the selected period only
• If an airline or interested party believes that a particular data point is inaccurate, they may contact us in writing, and we will examine the request in good faith and make corrections where warranted

5.2 Passenger-rights content

The website publishes guides and articles about passenger rights in the event of a delay, cancellation or flight disruption. This content is general, factual information only, is not tailored to your case, and is not legal advice or a determination of eligibility. TLV Flights is not a law firm, does not represent passengers, does not handle compensation claims, and does not collect or hold compensation funds. For a specific case, consult a qualified professional.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including design, logo, text, graphics, and code, is the property of TLV Flights or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for technical failures, service interruptions, or viruses
• We are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties (airlines, tracking services, etc.)

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be adjudicated in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
